Is Ty a dashboard? No. Ty is designed as an AI ecommerce agent rather than another dashboard you need to monitor. He analyses ecommerce information and turns it into observations, summaries and recommended actions. How often will I hear from Ty? Ty provides a short Daily Brief, a deeper Weekly Manager Report every Monday morning and a Monthly Business Review at the beginning of each month. Will Ty invent recommendations if nothing happened? No. Ty is designed to prioritise meaningful information. If there is nothing significant that requires attention, the goal is to tell you that rather than manufacture an issue simply to fill a report. Do I need technical knowledge? No. We handle the initial technical configuration and help connect Ty to the Shopify data required for your reporting. Do I manually upload Shopify reports? No. Ty's core Shopify reporting is designed to operate automatically once the required data connection has been configured. Does Ty connect to Google Ads? Shopify is the focus of Ty's initial release. Additional data connections, including Google Ads, are planned as Ty develops. Can I cancel my Ty subscription? Yes.
